On Thursday, Aquino met with President-elect Rodrigo Roa Duterte's team inside the Malacañang Palace. Digong's members consists of: incoming executive secretary Atty. Salvador Medialdea, special assistant Christopher "Bong" Go, and incoming secretary to the Cabinet Leoncio Evasco Jr.
They were welcomed by outgoing President Benigno Aquino III and Executive Secretary, Paquito Ochoa. As stated by Go, Aquino benevolently toured them inside the Malacañang Palace, showing them the Rizal Hall where the inauguration will take its occurrence.
And afterwards, Duterte and his team met up with Ochoa and his staff.
