According to Marion Raagas,
he could not believe that he is already witnessing the change that is bound to happen in this
country.
On his Facebook page, he shared a photo of the
checks that are bound to be given back to the generous people who contributed to the campaign of Rodrigo Duterte as he was running for the
presidential position.
It is the first time in the history that a political candidate would be returning the excess money given by the contributors.
It is not a secret that Duterte turned down the offers of many
people who wanted to fund his campaign especially those who have corrupt
practices.
Change is not coming. Change is already HAPPENING. This is what
the Facebook user posted.
